Prayer in the Park

Prayer in the Park

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and see my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land/  2 Chronicles 7:14

A community wide ‘Prayer in the Park’ is scheduled for September 12, 2020 at 6:00 at the Lake Odessa Park.  This will be a time of praise and worship along with prayers for our government, media, arts and entertainment, businesses, education, religious, family and repentance.

This event came about when several folks from various churches in our area felt God’s leading to a community prayer and worship… unite our community and each other in prayer…to reach out to those who are searching and come to hear the music and prayers in the park.  Lakewood Community Women have voted to support this event of prayer along with others in the community.
Please support this event with your prayers and your presence.

I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land.  I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.’  Ezekiel 22:30

Let’s stand in the gap…
